1. What is the TRACK Test? 

TRACK (Tests for Reasoning, Aptitude, and Cumulative Knowledge) is a scholarship-linked Olympiad designed to identify and recognize academically talented students based on their reasoning ability, aptitude, and cumulative knowledge.

2. Who is organising the TRACK Test? 

The TRACK Test is jointly organised by Sri Bala Gurukulam Foundation Trust (SBGFT) and Kanhiya Lal Butail D.A.V. College for Girls Managing Body as a state-level academic initiative.

3. Is the TRACK Test compulsory? 

No. Participation in the TRACK Test is completely voluntary. There is no obligation on students or schools to participate.

नहीं। TRACK टेस्ट में भाग लेना पूरी तरह स्वैच्छिक है। छात्रों या विद्यालयों पर कोई बाध्यता नहीं है।

4. Who is eligible to appear for the TRACK Test? 

The TRACK Test is open to girl students studying in Class XI (+1) and Class XII (+2) of all streams in recognised senior secondary schools of Himachal Pradesh.

TRACK टेस्ट में हिमाचल प्रदेश के मान्यता प्राप्त वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक विद्यालयों की कक्षा 11 (+1) और कक्षा 12 (+2) में अध्ययनरत सभी विषयों की छात्राएँ भाग ले सकती हैं।

5. Is there any registration or examination fee? 

No. There is no registration fee, no examination fee, and no hidden charges at any stage of the TRACK Test. 

क्या कोई पंजीकरण या परीक्षा शुल्क है?

नहीं। TRACK टेस्ट के लिए कोई पंजीकरण शुल्क, परीक्षा शुल्क या किसी भी प्रकार का शुल्क नहीं लिया जाएगा।

6. How will the TRACK Test be conducted? 

The examination will be conducted through a dedicated Mobile and Web Application, ensuring transparency, uniform evaluation, and easy statewide access.

• Total Questions: 60 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
• Marks per Question: 4 Marks
• Total Time: 60 Minutes
• Negative Marking: 1 Mark for each wrong answer

8. What is the syllabus for the TRACK Test? The syllabus includes:

• General Knowledge & Current Affairs (including Himachal GK) – 15 Questions
• General Aptitude & Reasoning – 15 Questions
• General Science & Mathematics (up to Class 10 level) – 15 Questions
• General English & Comprehension – 15 Questions

9. What scholarships are awarded under the TRACK Test? 

The following cash scholarships are awarded:

• First Prize: ₹25,000
• Second Prize: ₹10,000
• Third Prize: ₹5,000
• Ten Consolation Prizes: ₹2,000 each

TRACK टेस्ट में कौन-सी छात्रवृत्तियाँ दी जाएँगी?

The results will be declared on 15 February 2026.

The award distribution ceremony is tentatively scheduled for 15 April 2026, subject to official approvals.

14. Does the TRACK Test replace school examinations? 

No. The TRACK Test is purely a talent-identification and encouragement initiative and does not replace or interfere with regular school examinations.
